Production of The Bonesmen's debut CD
"Skin and Bones"
My participation included:
- Brainstorming and creating a hidden "track 0" which could only be played by "rewinding" past the beginning of track 1 on standard CD players
- Helping research the 3 varieties of copyright application to music; and getting advice from Chris Franz of The Talking Heads and The Tom Tom Club
- For the first couple years, I got to play "guitar tech" for Frank at their live gigs
These were/are not "my" projects. They are the projects of friends, from Junior Achievement (just because we can) to commercial, that I have gotten to contribute to in some small part. No money, but often more "credit" than I truly deserved. All were fun. And I'm proud to be a part of what was accomplished, with so little, in each of them.
Production of the documentary
The Burning of Morehouse Farm reenactment
The project produced a half-hour historical programs aired on Public Access TV as well as edits used to support and promote the Easton Historical Society and events for other local community groups
My participation included:
- Technical support, advice and assistance to facilitate editing, production and presentation
- Mastering and duplication of the DVD with the aired program and a few minute montage of the annual reenactment
- Graphic design of the sleeve cover and liner
Health care for the homeless
Now provided on site 1-2 days a week at Stamford CT area shelters
While I was System Administrator for the southwest CT HMIS HUD initiative, I was also asked to help with 2 other federally funded projects. The pilot team for the "roving" health care clinic now operated by Optimus, asked me to assist with software selection and data integration, linking and portability. This was done to minimize having to ask clients to answer the same questions for the health care clinic they had already provided the shelter and to improve reporting by both the shelter and the clinic.
I also sat as technical advisor on the pilot committee for the Social Security Administration's HOPE initiative with similar data objectives. The HOPE project sought to facilitate the homeless applying for Social Security and SSDI benefits; previously obstructed by their frequent moving between shelters in multiple cities, preventing them from completing the several week application process.
Production of the documentary series

My participation included:
- Technical support, advice and assistance to facilitate editing, production and presentation
- Mastering and duplication of the 3 episode DVD
- Graphic design of the sleeve cover and liner
