► Housatonic Community College, Community Outreach Partnership - Co-authored and provided technical content for approximately $2 million in federal funding applications, including the initial HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) HUD initiative awarded to the cities of Bridgeport, Norwalk and Stamford CT. Served as IT adviser to the Pilot and roll out Steering Committees for all 3 as well as the state-wide implementation. Provided technical content for the federal funding of street lighting for the Seaview, Connecticut and Stratford Avenue area of Bridgeport, CT.
► Sikorsky Aircraft - Identified and resolved problems with the Windows 8 build image that was resulting in executives and managers losing access to all secure server stores after refresh upgrades from Windows 7.
► Unilever - While managing the remote tech support depot, I reworked the "disaster recovery" process for high priority corporate personnel to reduce "down time" from 3-4 days to under 24 hours.
► IMco - At 25, I established an independent Electronic Manufacturer's Rep firm. Over 15+ years, my firm represented and received awards from 3M, NTE semiconductor, Amprobe instruments, Paladin tools, PanaVise tools, and others. We also represented Howard W. Sams technical publications, TechSpray chemicals and other prominent suppliers to the electronics MRO and small manufacturing market.
